Internet Browser Settings

Every browser must be configured for certain items to work properly. Set the following:

  1. On the Internet explorer browser click Tools and then Internet Options.

  2. Proceed to the Security tab and click the custom level button.

  3. Click Enable for “Download Unsigned ActiveX Controls”

  4. Click Enable for “Initialize and Script ActiveX Controls not marked as safe.

  5. This will allow users to retrieve their records and populate an excel sheet for them to save, print or manipulate.

  6. Click 'OK' to save the settings

Please note that you must also have either version of Microsoft Office or have installed ActiveX Control components on the computer you are working on. Without these components the application will not function properly. Also note that Internet Explorer should only be used. You might experience difficulties with other Internet browsers.
